How long does it take to receive my personalized order?
Since each item is handcrafted and personalized in our San Antonio workshop, please allow 2-3 weeks for production plus shipping time.
Can I return a product that has been monogrammed?
Items that have been personalized with a monogram or name are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect.
What materials do you use for your bags and accessories?
We use premium coated canvas and high-quality, vegetable-tanned Italian leather that develops a beautiful patina over time.
Do you offer repairs for older Jon Hart items?
Yes, we take pride in the longevity of our products. We offer a repair service for a nominal fee to ensure your favorite pieces last for generations.
How should I clean and care for my coated canvas bag?
We recommend using a damp cloth with mild soap for the canvas and a specialized leather conditioner for the trim to keep it hydrated and supple.
Can I change my monogram selection after placing an order?
Due to our fast-moving production queue, changes to personalization must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
