At Jon Hart Design, we take pride in our handcrafted quality; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalized purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and was not personalized with a custom monogram or leather stamping.

Request Authorization

Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

Package Your Item

Securely pack the product in its original packaging, include the packing slip, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our San Antonio facility, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
